Meet young, cutie Chief who is also known as Kenny. What a life this little man has had! This little Chihuahua mix has been in a few ARR foster homes where he has experienced new situations in order to help him get over his lack of socialization. When Chief is with his foster family, he is friendly, easy-going, sweet and playful. But sometimes, when he meets strangers, he can be fearful and can react in a nippy way. Chief does well with older kids who are calmer and considerate when petting. At this time, he shouldn't be around small children due to his possible negative reaction to unexpected touch. Little Kenny just needs slow introductions with patient people who understand his anxiety in new situations, and he can soon get over his fears! As of now, he is not good with cats. Kenny is good with tolerant dogs who respect his personal space so he won't get squished, since he's a little guy!

Chief enjoys snuggling up and sharing a bed with you! He likes staying close to his humans. Chief loves his stuffed and squeaker toys. He does well on car rides. Food is a great motivator for this tiny guy. Chief knows the commands "come" and "sit". When Kenny feels comfortable and safe in his home, he's such a happy, cuddly lover-boy who will make for a wonderful family member.
