Lil Rascal is only 8 weeks old.  He is a flat coated Border Collie mix with maybe a bit of Jack Russell Terrier with a wiry coat.  He is all puppy too!!  

He loves to play and listens well.  He is currently working on potty training and what he can and can't play with.  He has learned the word "no" and is doing well with the command “come.”

He only weighs eight pounds or so right now but he was pretty skinny when he arrived to ARR after his stay in a Southeastern Colorado shelter.  His foster mom expects him to start growing more rapidly now that he has food available to him.  His cute eyes will "get ya" every time.

He is eager to please even though he is still so young.  He is good with cats, other dogs, kids, and all!!  He sleeps through the night in his kennel and hasn't had even one accident in it.  He follows his foster mom all over the house to see what she is up too.  Over all, he is a precious lil boy and will make any future family proud to have taken him in.

Adoption fee is $250 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, spay/neuter.  Adoption fees also allow us to continue saving animals. Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.

Our adoption process is:

1. Adoption application online and meet the animal.

2. Home inspection by one of our volunteers.

3. Adoption agreement online before you pick up animal.

4. Paypal on our website for adoption fee, otherwise pay the foster parent in the form of a check or money order.
