Sandy was recently rescued from the Denver Animal Shelter by ARR.  Sandy is a sweet, shy, little lap dog who especially likes females. She likes to sit in her foster mom’s lap and be pet.  She also likes to snuggle and would love to sleep in bed her people. She is house-trained and goes to the door to let you know when she needs/wants out. Sandy is crate-trained and leash-trained, though she does pull some when on leash.  She loves to go on car rides and is working on learning basic commands. She seems to have no interest in toys and or in barking. 

Sandy is looking for her forever home. She would be very thankful and grateful if you would take her home, give her lots of love, attention and make her a member of your family. If interested in Sandy, please fill out the paperwork and start the process of taking this little sweetheart home!

Adoption fee is $200 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, spay/neuter.  Adoption fees also allow us to continue saving animals. Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.

Our adoption process is:

1. Adoption application online and meet the animal.

2. Home inspection by one of our volunteers.

3. Adoption agreement online before you pick up animal.

4. Paypal on our website for adoption fee, otherwise pay the foster parent in the form of a check or money order.
