  • Current Size: 45 Pounds
  • Current Age: 2 Years 11 Months (best estimate)
  • Housetrained: Yes
  • Reaction to New People: Friendly

Junior Mint weighs about 45 pounds though looks much smaller than that as he is a lean and lanky guy. He is a great dog who just adores everyone. Junior Mint loves to play and wear himself out, after which he'll pass out with his head on your lap. He does well with all dogs, people, babies, and even cats. He knows his basic commands and is always willing to learn more - which he does, very quickly. He loves the outdoors and playing with his dog buddies. He is housetrained, and does equally well in a crate or left loose in the house.

He is food motivated and so is easy to teach and train. Junior Mint knows “down,” “sit,” “off,” “touch,” and “wait” and he is now learning “leave it” and “bed!” He likes to have his mind challenged and is good at figuring out things out! Junior Mint must live within a fence that is at least 6ft high as he will put all those brains to use around figuring out how to get out in order to satisfy his wanderlust.

Junior Mint would do best in a home with another dog or dogs, and with a person or family that is rather active. He would be amazing at agility, as a hiking/snowshoeing or walking buddy. If you think could use a young smart, handsome man around the house then please fill out an application for him today.

Adoption fee is $175 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, spay/neuter.  Adoption fees also allow us to continue saving animals. Please email ARRColorado@gmail.com for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
